The Full Bronte

Live & Local presents The Full Bronte

Saturday, 27th October 2018 at 8 PM

'The Full Bronte' is a grown up (young adults upwards), very silly cabaret ’mash up’ of both the lives and literary output of the Bronte sisters. Never fear, if you’re not familiar with novels of the famous daughters of a dour Yorkshire clergyman, or didn’t study them, there’s plenty of fun to be had without the GCSE.

The evening is hosted by the formidable Maria (glamour puss, academic, thespian) and her put-upon assistant Brannie (dogsbody, backstage crew, playing every other part) who between them chaotically attempt to pay homage to the Bronte family.

It’s a pot pourri theatre performance with plenty of corny jokes, daft props, music, games and audience interaction and will suit venues looking for a lively, bonkers evening where one or two people will get hauled up on stage to ‘help’. And it’s likely you’ll pick up the odd fact about English literature’s most famous family too.

Tickets available from Moor store or ring 01782 523573 for more info. Tickets £10.00 Standard, £8.00 concessions
